Guests arrive to the prop wall, the photographer and a martini rail staffed by bartenders who learned the shake properly.
The Open Pit
Roulette, blackjack and poker all run simultaneously. Chips are interchangeable, so the whole room is one economy.
The Leaderboard Finish
Chips count at close of play, the top ten are called to the stage, and the night's high roller takes the prize to applause.
