Cookie Policy
What cookies this site uses, why, and how to control them through the banner or your browser.
Last updated: March 2026 · Ocean Voyage Events Pty Ltd, Sydney
This site uses a small set of cookies and similar storage to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. This policy lists every category we set. The banner shown on your first visit lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies, and your choice is stored for twelve months.
Essential Cookies
These are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off. They include your cookie-consent choice itself, the session data our forms use to prevent duplicate submissions, and security tokens. They contain no marketing identifiers and expire with your session or within twelve months.
Preference Storage
We remember choices that improve your visit: dismissed banners, recently viewed services, and accessibility settings where used. Preference data is stored in your browser's local storage rather than transmitted to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Analytics Cookies
With your consent we use privacy-respecting analytics to count visits, see which pages are useful and identify broken content. Data is aggregated and IP addresses are truncated before storage. Analytics are not used to profile you for advertising and are never combined with booking data.
What We Do Not Use
We set no third-party advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, and no social media pixels on this site. Embedded maps load only after you interact with them, so visiting a page with a map placeholder sends nothing to the map provider until you choose to load it.
Managing Your Choice
The cookie banner appears on your first visit and remembers your answer for twelve months. To change your mind sooner, clear this site's storage in your browser and reload; the banner will ask again. Browser-level blocking of all cookies works too, though the consent choice itself will not be remembered and the banner will return each visit.
