VIP Poker Tournament Charter

Your own tournament on your own ship. A structured Hold'em event run by accredited directors, played across a private casino deck while the harbour slides past. This is the format most of our corporate and private clients book first.

From A$14,900 4-hour circuit 40 to 160 guests
The Format

A Real Tournament, Not a Casino Prop

The difference between this and a themed party hire is who runs the room. Our tournament directors build a blind structure matched to your evening length, seat every player, and call the floor the way a real card room works. Guests feel the difference in the first level.

The charter includes the full production: boarding at Circular Quay with a champagne rail, a seated or circulating dinner between levels, a final table under lights, and a trophy presentation your photographer will love. Prizes skew toward experiences and donated goods rather than cash, keeping the night legal and light.

Included in Every Booking

On the Night

Three Moments That Make the Night

Cards in the Air Under the Bridge

The horn sounds as we clear the quay, the first hand deals while the Opera House fills the windows, and forty conversations start at once.

The Bubble Break

Dinner lands just as the money bubble approaches. The room splits between eating and rail-birding the short stacks.

The Final Table Ceremony

Last nine under the lights with the spectator rail full, hole cards on the screens, and a champion crowned before docking.

We ran our national sales kickoff as a tournament and it did more for team mixing than two years of offsites. The structure made introverts play and the harbour did the rest.

What the Figure Buys

A$14,900 covers a complete production for 80 guests on a four-hour harbour circuit. Larger fields scale mainly with catering and table count rather than the base charter, so the per-guest figure improves quickly past one hundred.

Questions

Before You Book

About three and a half hours of play inside a four-hour charter, leaving room for boarding, dinner and the trophy ceremony. We tune blind levels so the final table lands right on docking time.
Yes, and they have a good night. The rail, the bars and the decks are all part of the event, and roughly a quarter of most fields prefer watching to playing. Non-player catering is priced identically.
A fifteen-minute learn-to-play runs during boarding drinks. Beginners usually reach the middle stages comfortably because early blinds are gentle and dealers coach openly.
No. All play uses tournament chips with no cash value, and prizes are goods or experiences. That keeps the event compliant with NSW gaming rules and keeps the mood friendly.
