Hotel offsites blur together. A retreat at sea does not, partly because nobody can leave early and partly because the evening program is genuinely good. Day sessions run in the conference deck with full AV; at 17:00 the room converts and the casino floor opens.
The format suits boards, leadership teams, sales kickoffs and merger weeks. Overnight cabins mean the conversations continue past the last hand, and the morning session always has full attendance for reasons we do not question.

Retreat Specifications
The standard format is a 24-hour circuit with an overnight anchorage. Two-night versions follow the same structure with a port day between.
