Our events operate under NSW maritime safety regulations administered by the relevant harbour authority, NSW liquor licensing under the Liquor Act, and gaming-entertainment rules that prohibit real-money play. Vessels are crewed by licensed masters and engineers, carry marine liability and public liability insurance, and are surveyed to the class required for their passenger certificate.
